AI Transparency Notice
Virtue develops and deploys AI-assisted workflows. This notice describes, at a high level, how AI may be used in connection with this website, inbound communications, and client-facing work.
Where AI May Be Used
- To assist with drafting, summarizing, classification, research support, and workflow automation.
- To help review inbound requests, route inquiries, and prepare follow-up materials.
- To support internal analysis or client service delivery where AI-assisted methods are appropriate.
Human Oversight
Virtue does not represent AI outputs as automatically correct, complete, or suitable for every use case. Human review may be applied before information is relied on externally, especially in business-critical contexts.
Limits of AI Outputs
AI-assisted systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated results. They should not be treated as a substitute for professional judgment, legal review, or independent validation.
No Public Form Submission for Sensitive Data
Do not send regulated personal data, protected health information, payment card data, credentials, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive materials through this public website unless Virtue has expressly agreed to receive them through an appropriate channel.
Transparency in Interactions
If a visitor is interacting directly with an automated or AI-assisted system operated through this site, Virtue intends to disclose that fact in context. This page is a general company-level notice and may be supplemented by more specific product or workflow notices.
Marketing and Claims
Descriptions of Virtue's systems, capabilities, and outcomes are intended to be truthful and supportable. Case examples, process descriptions, and performance statements should not be read as guarantees of identical results in every environment.
