Virtue (virtue.company) is an embedded AI partner for commercial real estate firms, investment funds, and national brands, established 2019. Teams at these companies are already building with AI; Virtue takes what their people started, makes it safe and shared inside a governed environment the client owns, trains every team in person, and ships a documented improvement into the client's environment every week.

The engagement model: a paid discovery week of team interviews (producing a written audit, a prioritized build plan, and an inventory of tools employees already built), then Model Core, a flat monthly retainer as the client's embedded AI team. The first tool a client's own team built goes live, hosted behind the client's company login, within 30 days. Clients own the environment, the workflows, and everything their team builds. Every AI answer traces to a source document in the client's own systems.
