Data Deletion

You can ask Virtue Marketing Group ("Virtue") to delete any personal data we hold about you. This includes data from our website forms, text messages, Facebook and Instagram ads, lead forms, and apps that connect to your Facebook account.

How to Request Deletion

• Email contact@virtue.company with the subject line Data deletion request.
• Include your name and the email address or phone number you used with us.
• If you connected through Facebook, include the name on your Facebook account.

What Happens Next

We confirm your request by email within 5 business days. We delete your data from our systems within 30 days and email you when it is done.

We may keep a limited record when the law requires it, such as a record that you asked for deletion.

Remove Our App From Facebook

You can also remove our access from inside Facebook:

• Open Facebook and go to Settings and privacy, then Settings.
• Select Apps and websites.
• Find our app and select Remove.

Removing the app stops new data from reaching us. To delete data we already have, send the email above.
